News-watch’s complaint about episode five of BBC Radio 4’s Everything Is Fake (and Nobody Cares) examined the programme’s treatment of contested claims about Covid vaccination. The resulting correspondence and regulatory submission raise questions of accuracy, due impartiality and the handling of evidence by the BBC complaints system.

A detailed impartiality survey of BBC Radio 4’s ten-part series Politically: Ten Years After Brexit. News-watch examined contributor balance, disclosure and labelling, the treatment of competing arguments, and the presenter’s own role in framing the series.

News-watch’s submission examines how the BBC’s complaints and regulatory framework operated during the 2017–2025 Charter period. Supported by a separate research paper, it argues for an independent appellate body capable of considering editorial complaints outside the existing BBC First system.
